Nice source of O3
Seems entirely fine. No odd odours, nice small capsules that are easy to swallow.

High dose at good price
You are paying here for the batch testing of supplements to prevent negative sports testing results and to confirm there are no banned substances included. At 15p a capsule, the price is reasonable. Manufactured in the UK with some impressive sports partners listed on this page. The smell on opening is not quite as neutral as some capsules I have reviewed – a slight fishiness. The pack comes with a two year best before date – but I would generally encourage more rapid use as there is always a risk of oils going rancid. Each soft gel contains 1000mg of fish oil - 500mg EPA and 250mg DHA. This is an excellent high dose. The capsules are large – but I had no difficulty swallowing one with water.By comparison, Boots Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000 mg 180 Capsules are around 7p per capsule before you apply the three for two discount. Each of these provide 250mg of DHA and EPA, without any breakdown between types of Omega 3. So, these really look very good value for the dose compared with Boots.Omega 6 and Omega 9 are sufficiently consumed in most diets – so taking Omega 3 supplements the kinds of fatty acid that are often missing, especially as many of us are not great eaters of oily fish and eggs. EPA and DHA are difficult to increase in your body if you don't eat foods that directly contain them, as your body can only manufacture very small amounts from more basic forms of omega 3.

Good value for the dosage
I've recently started incorporating these omega-3 softgel capsules into my daily wellness routine, taking 1-2 capsules as directed. The capsules themselves are quite large but easy to swallow, and thankfully, they don't leave any unpleasant fishy aftertaste, a common issue with many fish oil supplements. These capsules contain a significant amount of EPA and DHA, essential omega-3 fatty acids that are often lacking in typical diets, especially for those who don't consume much oily fish. This high dose of omega-3 is beneficial for various bodily functions, including supporting heart and brain health. While it's difficult to pinpoint specific health improvements since starting these supplements, I feel reassured knowing I'm contributing positively to my overall well-being.The packaging is efficient, though it could offer clearer guidance on daily intake. The price seems reasonable, considering the quality and dosage provided. While there are cheaper alternatives available, these capsules seem to offer good value, particularly because of their high EPA and DHA content.

Good branding + quality but pricey
My 9 year-old son likes the soccer branding, which is a bonus, although he's willing to eat fish oil capsules from plainer boxes too, and at nearly twice the cost per capsule of some equivalents, these do come at quite a premium. That said, the level of EPA per capsule is higher than most, and the oil seems very fresh, with no fishy belches after eating! So worth it if you like the branding and want a premium product.

More expensive than some, but you are paying for the assurances
Fish oil is pretty essential for general health and the majority of people in the UK don't eat enough oily fish. These contain gelatine, but it does not specify if its pork or bovine, so not really suitable for Kosher, Halal, vegan piscaterian etc diets. I assume this is due to cost, as I have previously used capsules that had a vegan capsule. You are somewhat paying for the branding, and the sports testing guarantees. If you do not compete in a sport that to a level that is tested, I would not go for these over some others that are cheaper per cap. But you are paying that premium, to ensure you are not getting any supplements that are made in factories with other ingredients that are tainted. These fish oil caps contain your EPA and DHA needed for general heath. These were easy to swallow. I had no ill effects when taking this, but like with any supplement, it's worth consulting your doctor.

High quality - and truly high strength...
A high quality, high strength UK made supplement, despite the branding these easy to swallow omega 3 softgels aren't only suitable for soccer players but if you do happen to be an athlete of any kind, the USP here is that every batch is banned substance tested. The 120 softgels are supplied in an opaque black screw topped pack that's sealed. The nutritional information panel is clear and easy to read and lists all ingredients very comprehensively. As to serving size, the choice is yours as to whether you take one or two softgels per day. Helpfully, the EPA and DHA content - the optimum way to compare different omega 3 brands - for a single softgel is listed on the pack as 500mg EPA and 250mg DHA.I have no doubts about the quality of this supplement. Dependent on what dosage you opt for, this pack will last either around 2 months or 4 months if you're taking just one softgel daily. In my view, given that this is a high quality, patently high strength omega 3 supplement, it's good value for money.

Soccer Supplement - Omega 3
Omega 3 has many benefits but as with most supplements. It is difficult to actually note much of a difference when taking so I just assume that anything that doesn't cause a negative reaction can't be harmful to take! This one is a softgel capsule of which you take 1-2 daily for recommended dose. This bottle works out at 2-4 months dose and isn't bad value for money. No fishy aftertaste so that's a bonus but can't say whether this works better than cheaper variants or whether simply paying for the branding.
