This is my first time using a pre workout. I enjoy the gym but some days I’m just not feeling it, so I wanted something to give me a little push and keep me energized to perform my absolute best the entire workout. I hate energy drinks and already start my day with a protein shake and double shot espresso but I needed something a little extra. Having never used this, I used only a 1/2 scoop in 24 ounces of water. I drank it 20 min before arriving to the gym. Upon arrival I definitely felt more awake and absolutely had energy. The best part was it felt NATURAL. It didn’t feel artificially induced which was my fear. I was able to get in a very vigorous 60 min leg day. I was able to pump out more reps and extend my time from 45 min to a full 60 min. I left feeling worked and tired but not exhausted and definitely no crash and burn. I didn’t experience any tingles or itch which I read are common side effects of pre workout powders. While I have nothing to compare it to , I feel the over all quality was great. At only 1/2 the suggested serving, it met my purpose and tasted pretty good (they did however send me the wrong flavor. I ordered bomb pop and got blue raspberry) I look forward to making it part of my regular gym routine.

I buy this product often from Amazon. I like the taste of the green apple flavor and it gives me the energy I need for my morning workout. However, the last time I ordered it, the safety seal was broken. When I got the product, I was able to see the powder coming through the clear shrink wrap seal on the outside. Not to my surprise, the safety seal was broken when I took the lid off. Because this product is not returnable due to food safety reasons, I had to use the customer service chat feature to get the refund. If this happens to you with any supplement, don't use the product because you never know if someone tampered with it or it just got damaged in shipping. It's not worth risking it.

This is probably my favorite pre-workout I’ve ever used. The flavor is really good, mixes well, and never feels too heavy. It's not bad. I just don't like the taste. But I really don't like the taste of most of the ones I've tried. The only one I really like is Chad mode but it's too expensive. It's $90 on Amazon. That's for 21 servings.
