OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro 12 Cup Muffin Pan

Wholey crumb this muffin pan is great. I never knew muffin pans could be this amazing!Cleans up great and easily in the sink!Muffins release with NO STICKING at all.Browns evenily.It is heavy and sturdy.

This replaced a 20+ year old pan that was more rust than pan, so in comparison, it is great. I find the non-stick coating to be very effective, and the pan is extremely durable and sturdy. The one slight negative is the large rim all the way around. I was able to put two of my old tins side by side on one shelf of my oven, but two of these pans wouldn't fit on one shelf.

Heavy duty. Well made. MADE IS AMERICA. Even heat distribution. Gives the muffin a bottom half browning with out burning. VERY NON STICK. I use a plastic knife from a fast food packet to go around inside the cup when making a sticky muffin just because. Baked on over spill (even honey) wipes away with warm soapy water. Very easy clean up. If I'm not using a paper insert a light greasing of butter is added insurance for easy release from pan. You can't go wrong purchasing this pan. Do NOT use Sprays or other oils on the pan per instructions.

The chef asked for this specifically and she says it performs to expectations.

This OXO muffin pan was a replacement for an old aluminum one, and it has impressed! The non-stick surface allows the muffins to pop right out, there's no longer need for any oils/grease, and it cleans up with just a quick spray of hot water. It is heavy which makes for a better (and shorter) bake too. The only issue is: the pan and cups are not formed out of a single metal piece. Instead, the cups are formed out of separate pieces that are then attached to the pan, which leaves a small crease around each cup on the pan surface where accidental spills can get into. But even with this issue causing me to have to give a little extra care while filling cups and an occasional bit of extra clean up around the cups, this pan was well worth my investment!

Really nice, very sturdy with a nice lip to grip the pan, highly recommend this pan good price too!

Very easy to handle, NO COOKING SPRAY NEEDED. I threw out countless batches of muffins - overdone, underdone, not done at all, too dry, too sloppy, too whatever.......this pan was my last ditch effort. On the first try, WHAM! The muffins came out totally perfect! They slid right out of the pan, and clean up took no effort. I threw out my old pan and I'm only using this one. I'm so glad I bought it!

The muffin pan is well made and easy to use but it is too wide by less than an inch to fit in my microwave/convection oven which I use for small oven baking. Be sure and measure your oven first if this matters. It does not really need such a wide overhang.

I love love love this pan. I mean, I hate baking A LOT, and I still love this pan. I've used it twice so far, once for mini quiches and once for baked omelettes. Both just lifted out without leaving a crumb behind.The pan feels solid without being too heavy, the rim is wide enough that you're not dunking your oven mitt into your cupcake batter (for those of you who make cupcakes), it washes up easily and it's pretty.

Unlike some reviews, Amazon has been good to me and sent me a brand new Oxo Muffin sheet. It is simply beautiful. A masterpiece and jewellry for my kitchen. I love the quality, feel and handling experience when wearing oven mitts. Now the surface is finalized with a non-stick finish making clean up an absolute breeze, however, the non-stick does make me somewhat uncomfortable if this surface were ever to come into direct contact with my food. So I also have purchased non-bleach parchment cupcake liners to Oxo's champagne coloured muffin tray making the presentation drop-dead gorgeous. I am somewhat of a colour snob and I like things not only to taste good but also to look good. The champagne and parchment paper is a marriage made in heaven for me. I am so pleased for choosing Oxo products once again.
