I got these for my kiddo to help bolster the immune system and stave off winter illnesses and the bugs that go around school and make their way home and cripple adults hah. I love that they come in gummy form, they taste AMAZING, and the ingredients are all clean and from the direct source, real food, not synthetic junk. The elderberry also has zinc, both fight viral illness, important in the winter for sure. Also important is that there are only the nutrients you need in the supplement. If you pay attention, other supplements have too much stuff in it that you really don’t need, especially kids. Price is right based on the high quality ingredients. Don’t get the cheap junk. We rarely do autoship but we’re definitely pleased with this one and will continue for the winter. Highly recommend this product!!

These worked great for my kindergartener at the start of the school year. I started giving my kindergartener these elderberry gummies in early August to help support her immune system before school started. She had a really strong beginning of the school year - no colds, no missed days, nothing. Once we finished the bottle, about two weeks later she came down with her first cold. I can’t say for sure if the gummies were the reason she stayed healthy longer, but I’m sharing our experience in case it helps another parent. I’m giving it 4 stars because, even though they’re marketed as healthy immune support, they’re still gummies, which means sticky texture that isn't great for teeth. That said, they taste delicious, and my child asked for them every day. I’ll definitely repurchase next summer as part of our back-to-school immune routine.
