Love this neck wrap. Just pop it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and place on shoulders & neck. I use it on my clients while their color is processing & it is the most relaxing.

I purchased this product for the first time many years ago. I have used it often...heating in the microwave for back pain. It held up well, but I decided to get a new one. When I searched for the company and proceeded to order...I was routed to Amazon! So easy! I LOVE it...scent is spa like and the heat is the only think that helps low back pain.

I purchased this to help when I get migraines but the fragrance is too strong to use during a migraine.

Works well warm or cold. Good just for relaxing or as an aid in battling my frequent aches,pains,and headaches. Nice smell, not too strong, good gentle pressure, would recommend

This is my second wrap. I ordered this wrap after my teenage daughter started using my first crescent wrap every night rather than competing with her for mine. This is the perfect blend of weight, aromatherapy and heat. It stays warm for a long time and heats up quickly - perfect for sore shoulders!

This neck pillow is super soft, comfy and smells great.

I really wanted to like this as I have had a similar one in the past that was wonderful. Unfortunately, the stuffing in this one clumps down towards my chest when it is around my neck. Not worth the money. Gave it away.
