It has absolutely no taste and no smell. Once it dissolves in the liquid, which is very quickly there is absolutely no texture to it at all. It does not impact the taste or smell or texture of whatever liquid it’s added to. I can certainly tell a difference with my digestive system when I don’t add it to my water every morning, so it works well.

I liek these and I put them in my smoothies inteh morning No taste an tehy add flavor. i dowhihc the puches were bigger they are for 4-8 o beverages my smoothies are 17 oz so I use 2 but they definatleyhelp me get my fiber so I like it. I have not tried in my coffee yet so we will see but it s aquick way to add fiber to yourudiet . the puches do NOT tear very easily so i keep scissors handy

I love these Benefiber to go packets- a convenient size that I can keep in my purse, backpack or laptop case. Due to IBS, I am supposed to take these 2/ day and sometimes I am in a hurry to get out in the morning. This is perfect to throw in my case and then mix with water at work. It is made from wheat dextrin which is gentle on your stomach and has no flavor, so can be used with just a glass of water- or if you want to add with juice that's fine too, it does not change the juice.
