Ran really big!
I wanted to be the hippie old lady and get myself a pair of Birkenstocks. I read a review of this model being really comfy so I ordered them. I normally wear a size 6.5-7 shoe so I ordered the 6-6.5. They were huge on me, even on the tightest hole. I returned them and got the 5-5.5 which was much better.Still getting used to them but the more I wear them the better they fit. I would add I have a bunion and it makes that foot look really weird (I know it can happen whenever I wear sandals, but it seems like these really accentuate it).

Authentic Birkenstock's, super comfortable! Great for planter facittis!
First, I took off one star because as other reviewers said, the Tobacco color really isn't the color I would of thought. It's more of a light brown. However, I kept them because I still liked them. I normally wear size 6 1/2 to 7 womens and bought the 37. I also own a pair Birkenstock Mayari so I bought the same size I wear intho which is 37. They both fit perfectly. I will say this style runs wider (i have narrow feet) so if you are looking for something for a wider foot then this style may be better for you. I have planter facittis so I need something with an arch and my other Birk's are my favorite shoe for the sandal and to wear around the house on my hard wood floors. I highly recommend these for those with planeter facitis.

8-8.5 I need an actual 8.5
Online you can order either an 8-8.5 or 9 and the 9s were to very big so I re ordered the 8-8.5 and I feel like they’re just on the cusp of being to small. I typically wear an 8.5-9 depending on the brand so I’m not sure if a true 8.5 would have worked I’m not sure what the range means because and 8 and and 8.5 should be 2 different sizes

I am a size 8 narrow. They fit great
I ordered a black pair of Birkenstocks size 8 narrow and was sent a brown pair. They fit great so I am keeping them.

Color vs picture are not accurate!!
I ordered the color “black oiled leather” which is pictured as a dark brown with bronze buckles. I received black birks with silver buckles. I was debating between brown and black when purchasing the shoes so ended up keeping them, but would have been very disappointed if I had my heart set on brown. Other than the color mishap, the shoes are exactly what I wanted and expected.
