It's ok but not great. It doesn't work on atm machines & phones and there was a dent inside the loop.The tool is too big for its purpose.

I love that this product is made in America when it seems everything is made in China. With the fear of the COVID pandemic I am hesitant to touch high traffic surfaces. I picked this product over the others because it didn’t have the sharp looking ridges on the top like others. I use this claw mostly on store keypads, to open the fridges at the grocery store, and to open doors. Since it’s metal it is extremely sturdy and I am comfortable putting unlimited pressure on it. Though it is a bit heavier than its plastic counterpart, it still is light enough to be on my keychain which was a large concern for me as I hate when my keys fall to the bottom of my purse. This works on touch screens which surprised me! Added perk - I used this device to open beer bottles on a camping trip this weekend when we needed an opener.

This is a great tool, I'm not sure how much longer the pandemic will last but I do know I can always use bottle opener. I have purchased some of the other products locally, but this one is better.-First off it's 1/4" thick stainless and is thick enough so you can actually open doors that have lots of resistance on them. The other products I tried were so thin they were uncomfortable to use.- Bottle Opener: actually is a really good bottle opener, you can crack some brews with this for years to come.- Material: "but it's not brass, it holds germs" Walk around a hospital and see how much brass you find... you won't find it. news flash, any surface can hold germs, you need to wash any door opener every now and then.I recommend this one, it definitely had some thought put into it.
