I suffered from severe itching on my head for decades, 30 years or so, I guess. I tried prescription shampoos but it gave me a very short relief. Nothing worked. In my desperation, I tried this. On the first time I used this shampoo, the itching totally stopped till the second time. What a huge relief! This is the BEST dandruff shampoo I ever have used. I won’t try anything else. The search is over. 12/12/25, this head & shoulders shampoo works very well. No itch, no flaking, hands down the best over the counter treatment. I highly recommend it. Better than ALL seborrheic treatment out there that doctors prescribed.

This has solved my itchy scalp! I've been using this in replacement of my prior shampoo for the past 2 weeks and so far, my scalp has felt a soothing sense of calmness I don't remember feeling. The selenium sulfide keeps my unbalanced scalp microbiome under control. The shampoo doesn't smell pretty, but for my scalp it's still a net-positive. I don't know what the chances are, but I plan to occasionally rotate this with ketoconazole and zinc shampoos to keep my scalp pests from getting a chance of developing any resistance. My bottles' formula included sodium lauryl sulfate. It will make your hair soft but can build up in your hair over time, so I suggest getting a clarifying shampoo to remove the excess buildup. I've been using one once a week before using this shampoo so that I don't miss a selenium sulfide application.

I've been using the Head & Shoulders Clinical Dandruff Shampoo Twin Pack for a few weeks now, and I'm quite impressed with the results. The prescription-strength formula has significantly reduced my dandruff and controlled the oiliness of my scalp. The relief from seborrheic dermatitis has been noticeable, and my scalp feels much healthier. The citrus scent is a refreshing bonus, leaving my hair smelling great after each wash. The 13.5 fl oz bottles are a good size, and having a twin pack means I won't run out anytime soon. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it can be a bit drying if used too frequently. However, alternating it with a moisturizing conditioner has helped balance that out. Overall, I highly recommend this shampoo for anyone struggling with dandruff and oily scalp issues. It's effective, smells great, and offers good value for the price.

I’ve been having issues with my hair being greasy after using a hydrating shampoo for my dry hair/extensions. My roots would get greasy within hours after a shower.. I also started to couple of dry, itchy patches on my scalp and nothing was resolving the issue. I purchased this shampoo and after just two washes, the greasiness has improved and the quality is amazing. My scalp patches are also barely there at this point - whatever is in the shampoo is really helping!! I figure I can mix this shampoo between my hydrating shampoo so I don’t overdo it!

First, and most importantly, this shampoo has fixed my itchy scalp problem. I’ve used countless other shampoos, from Head and Shoulders to ones with mint and rosemary and menthol, nothing else has given me the relief that this shampoo does. I’ve used it for a couple weeks now and can typically go 2-3 days between washes without my scalp getting unbelievably itchy. My hair feels healthy and now my scalp is happy too. The only downside is the smell. It tends to have a slightly sulfur-ish smell which does cling to my hair. I’m not thrilled with that but I love the product so much that I am continuing to use it. As long as you aren’t super sensitive to smells I really recommend this shampoo.

el shampoo cumple su función, lo malo ke lo compré en enero del 26 y caduca en abril del mismo año, tiene poca caducidad, supongo ke por eso bajó un poco el precio, ojalá ke avisaran ké caducidad tiene para asi decidir hacer la compra o no.
