Cooler Master MasterFan MF200R, 200mm ARGB Addressable RGB Fan

I dont use these in a case but for cooling external equipment including caseless PCs, hifi and TV.Work great but need to turn speed down a little to reduce noise.Remains to be seen how long they last.

Happy with purchase and recommend to every one very quit fans, probably best from 200mm, in package everything what need,looks strong from heat not making any noise, better than most of brands who makes 200mm fans, argb not good as expected, but still good but not as msi ones, recommend this product for this value, easy to install lid little short , but if have hub that not a problem, see the pictures to understand argb power comparing other

Did not fit into my PC case well owing to fixing hole mount on fan blocking some of the front cover fixing points of the PC case. (Fan / case mismatch?)Once this was resolved the front cover did not click into place securely. The remaining gaps were sealed with duct tape.

This was a replacement as the first one sent out was defective and to be honest I thought this one would be the same, however not the case at all it works just as I wanted it to am very happy with it the argb effects are great

After buying one of these for the side panel of my pc, which was easy to fit, I decided to replace the front fan and the fans at the rear attached to a water cooler radiator. I also bought a coolermaster fan controller hub as the side panel fan uses different connectors to my old one rendering the fan controller built into the case redundant. The old fans were single colour led so I still figure using the controller is an upgrade. Fitting the new fan to the front of my case was a mission! After removing the original 200mm fan, It became apparent that the holes on the fan had two which do not align to the case (Coolermaster Sniper). I decided not to clean the old fan and put it back in, after searching the range of coolermaster fans for one that would fit the case. Of course I couldn't find any, not even from coolermaster directly! I then had the task of using the two holes that align to attach the fan with screws, and use cable ties to attach the fan via the holes that do not. After feeling successful that the new fan is secure, I realised that the cover for the fan bay no loger fits because the cable ties narrow the holes. So if you have the same or similar case, be prepared!

Very easy to install every think as sides top and front come off, the front panel can be fitted in several postions . Great filters and fan (very low noise).can be stacked as well. Good qulity case.

Firstly, I was installing this in a Cooler Master case at the front, and despite both products being Cooler Master, it wasn't a 100% good fit. My front panel is slightly open, but I can ignore it, others might not be able to. The logo sticker - it's not in the centre! Small gripe, but again, ANOTHER annoyance. The cables are JUST long enough with some trial-and-error positioning. I finally got it up and working on an Asus board (after struggling with the RGB connector) and it looks good and is quiet. Cooler Master need to pay more attention to their quality control! 10 minute install became a pain and nearer 45 mins. I'd expect this on a "cheap" fan, but this is a "brand"!
