How loud is the book? It says it has volume control, but is it good?

Hi there! Thanks for your question! The book has 3 volume settings - off/low volume/high volume - controlled by a button on the back of the book. You can also press any of the song buttons in the teal panel twice to start/stop the songs. The book definitely gives you volume control, both for the quiet bonding time/bedtime (on the low setting) and rambunctious play time (on the high setting). Hope this helps. Thanks!
