Q: Not compatible with note 9. What do I do to return these

I have a Note 9 and works fine. It does not have Bluetooth so that may be the issue. Return them through Amazon.

Q: Can I use this to take a picture from a few feet away?

I have not tried it for taking pictures, but it works properly, as the original stylus did.

Q: Didn't come with any instructions, I have no idea how to change this tip?

Put it in the slot on the right end of phone, ON THE BOTTOM.

Q: Does anyone know where I can find the soft tips?

I just buy more stylus from amazon!! I've never worn one out! The new ones don't fit my phone that welland they fall out..so i re-buy!
