Dear buyers, Today I wish to share my experience with you. After half a decade I found Doulton products in India through Amazon Partnership. Finding filter for my Royal Doulton came true although I'm returning this product. Long mount candle is what is compatible for my Royal Doulton Filter. I used the messaging feature from Amazon help and support. The reseller TrustClick shared me their Bangalore office address which helped me look for a long mount candle. البائع بيوضح ان الشمعة خاصة بفلاتر الضغط مش فلاتر الجاذبية وداه مهم جدا لان الموضوع بيفرق لو ركبت شمعة الجاذبية في فلتر محتاج شمعة ضغط
