Anny Blatt: Timeless Classics from the Knit Collection

I love the style of Anny Blatt. I've drooled over books (magazines) on ebay where all the pictures were shown, but the prices were incredible. I mean over $65 sometimes! I'm thinking now they would have been worth it, since the designs made me want to make them all! This book is full of lovely designs, but only a few, maybe three, make me want to knit them. Most of theme are not to my taste, and very many are just ordinary in comparison to the absolutely beautiful ones I've seen. Got this used so it's an OK deal, but for full price I'd be very disappointed.

Great book. True, a few of the designs are outdated - about five or so. But most are truly timeless and versatile. Excellent selection for different skill levels.

This is a beautiful book! It is definitley not for the beginner knitter. These designs are for advanced knitters only! But the finished creations are worth the effort and are show stoppers!

Don't waste your money--put it towards an Elizabeth Zimmerman, Barbara Walker, Sally Melville or Melanie Falik book instead. I didn't find 1 pattern in here that I would use--it was either too complicated, impractical, dated looking or had a ridiculous guage.

Meets my expectations.

Excellent knitting book with lots of patterns for ladies cardigans and sweaters, most with a high degree of difficulty which is what I wanted to knit. Excellent coloured illustrations for each pattern, most have charts as well as descriptive instructions.
