It's amazing.... Just keep one thing in mind if you wanna gift it Someone then do it wayy earlier cause it takes time to get delivered ... otherwise it's great !

***URGENT**** Help
It's not good at all, first day it's create problem but I thought having some issue my electricity board when I used in different board its creating same issue as led not working properly, now its not in return or change policy but I hope amaZon will do something about this as I am old and loyal customer with Amazon, if it will resolve then Amazon might loose 1 loyal customer as this gift is very close to me because gifted by my fiance on Valentine day ...

Not functioning gift..
I took this item as a gift for my nieces marriage anniversary and to my surprise it did not work and it was disappointment for them and the eventually to me and my family.We like the product as a customize gift but it should work. Tried returning but it says the window is closed and I am surprised with that as well.Someone should atleast test the product before shipping it to us.

Fantastic gift. The customer service is impressive. The crystal base was defective, when I received on 19th June . I had a function on 22 nd June for which the crystal ordered. When I complaint about the same, they took immediate action & base was received on 21st. A wonderful product.
