I LOVE LOVE LOVE this toothbrush. And so does my toddler. We actually had to hide it in the medicine cabinet because we found her using it without us knowing and we didn't want it to end up on the floor! Now she walks in and asks for it every day. She can hold it well, and it fits in her moth wonderfully. The little bristles work on her teeth as well as helping sore gums as new teeth push through. It's durable and washes well.The only negative I can come up with really won't be an issue for most people - and that's that it easily fits down the drain. We had removed the sink stopper to work on the sink, and didn't think as we gave the baby her toothbrush... only to watch in horror as she finished brushing her teeth and shoved it down the drain before we could stop her. Being so flexible and soft, my husband had to actually pull the drain apart because we couldn't get it back out the way it went in. As a result, we are now on our second toothbrush and love it just as much as the first! Just watch your little ones to keep them from stashing it where it doesn't belong!

i got this when my daughters first teeth started coming in. she didn't like oragel or pacifiers, so teething was already a pain and i was kind of dreading brushing the teeth because the little silicone toothbrush from the safety first kit you slip on your finger was causing me to get bitten. So i figured this was a good compromise to the benefits of the silicone but not getting my fingers bitten.Not only did this work for teeth cleaning, but she didn't want to let go of it for teething. she chewed on it constantly. it was one of the best things ever when it came to needing to keep her occupied (like if i had to clip her nails) and at the same time have a good purpose such as brushing her teeth. now at 18 months old she still wants to keep it but also has a real tooth brush and knows how to brush her teeth which i attribute to this being something she held herself and i called it a toothbrush and told her she was brushing her teeth along with it giving the same sensation on the teeth with the tiny silicone bristles.Fantastic item, I recommend it to anyone with a baby with new teeth.

This is the best! My daughter hates letting me brush her teeth & wants to do it on her own - but she really just chews on the other brushes so nothing is accomplished. This brush is perfect! My daughter loves it, & when she chews I know at least her gums/teeth are getting massaged/cleaned. It soothes her sore teething gums and the bristles on both sides get top & bottom teeth just by her chewing so if she doesn't let me brush it's still ok. Also, since it's a short handle she can't go too far back and gag herself like she has with other brushes. I was hesitent to buy it after I read that this is a choking hazard in one of the reviews. Not true, and I'm also a doctor. It's large enough to be safe in a supervised environment with an infant or toddler. An older child might be able to get it into his mouth at which point yes - then its a choking hazard ... but hopefully by that age he's using a regular tooth brush! I've gone through 5 different brushes with my daughter & finally found one that works. Now she looks forward to brushing her teeth & I know at least we're taking care of her teeth until she's old enough to really brush properly!

I love this product!! My 15 month old is struggling with getting in molars and the side teeth. Her regular teethers don't get those hard to reach places. This product does, and it freezes perfectly. I add a little Orajel training toothbrush. Because it is a teether and tooth brush in one, I put her in bed with it. It relieves the pain while brushing and cleaning her teeth. I love it and so does she. I do freeze it with the Orajel and because it's flavored, it allows the orajel to freeze inside the teether, which provides longer lasting pain relief for her swollen sore gums.Now for the ONE THING that makes it a pain in the neck: It's small..... be aware that if it gets dropped or misplaced you could very easily spend an afternoon looking for it. This is my third one. I made the decision to buy it yet again simply because I decided that the benefits far outweigh the risk. In the morning, my daughter will throw things on the floor when she gets frustrated to be let out of her crib. Her teether was the only thing small enough that took me forever to find. I'm not even going to explain what happened to it when the dog ate it.Anyway, this is a simple thing to solve, but only while she isn't sleeping. I bought a pacifier clip and attached it to the teether so she couldn't lose it somewhere, the dog couldn't get it and it didn't get misplaced. If she sleeps with the clip, she will stay away pulling at it because she rolls over on her tummy and it pokes her hurting her.

Every baby is different and of course they all like different things/toys. This tootbrush is flexible, soft, perfect size, easy to clean and hold, has small gentle bristles and I love the little loop on the end! We tie the clip/secure bands so that it doesn't drop onto the floor. This keeps my baby entertained for a good chunk of time. Great for teething and early dental health. I give this to baby after each meal to get in the habit of brushing after meals. It makes him drool a lot though so sometimes I put a bib on him. This is my second purchase. Overall, great product and have already bought some for friends. I had a friend say she wished there was a fake lollipop or something to keep her 10 month old busy without offering snacks when he was fussy and wasn't interested in his toys in the car. Well, this is it! :) Something to keep in mind though, if baby is not ready for this, he/she may push this too far into their mouth and make themselves gag. Just gotta supervise and let them learn to gauge themselves.
