Delivery was not quite as prompt as I expected, but the product is good. I was slightly disconcerted by the mobile “bean bag” interior which shifts the centre of mass as you move the ball, but it is effective in stopping it rolling. I was expecting a more passive interior like the medicine balls I have known previously. But this is the product I was recommended by my coach.

Fantastic ball, I use this for wall balls and ball slams and it takes all the abuse I put it through without a nick on it

I wanted a slam ball for home workouts when I can’t get to the gym.I bought a 7kg one and it’s perfect. Exactly like the one I use at the commercial gym.It does exactly what I need it to do.It’s good quality and it doesn’t move from where I’ve slammed it.I would recommend this slam ball.

Fantastic medicine ball for working out at home. I bought the 3kg and the 10kg balls. I was used to a medicine ball that bounced but these do not which is far better as you get a much better workout. The 3kg ball feels a bit empty as you can feel the contents (guessing sand in a bag) but this doesn't effect the use of it and actually probably enhances it as it provides a bit of instability. The 10kg feel much more full. This is one of my favourite pieces of equipment. Will be definitely be investing in heavier versions. Definatley recommend

I bought the 12kg slam ball and I'm really happy with it. An awesome addition to my workout for sure - really recommend, particularly for those into functional training or those with minimal space right now. Pop a towel on the ground and it barely makes much noise at all. Great product.

Use it for ball slams, hold it in a bear hug for intense squats and lunges, jump over it for burpees - pretty much an endless strengthening and cardio piece of kit! Arrived quickly. Great quality.

Great slam ball I use these slam balls alot in the gym and that's why I bought my own to use outside and it is really great so versatile and always gets the heart rate up. The building quality seems really strong and durable and that it will take a pounding let's just wait and see

Incredible! Amazing! Fantastic! Are you sure its only 4Kg? Kidding.Superb piece of equipment and the non bounce is perfect, if your a bit clumsy like.myself. you know when it fall it stops where it lands. Very very highly recommend this product and great value. Again you don't need to spend a fortune im sure its just as good as the more expensive ones. "Cinders shall go to the ball"
