The media could not be loaded.  Our house has a banister which prevents any normal baby stair gate being installed. I have looked at some cheaper pull across models but they looked so bad. However this one looked great and I am so glad I went for it. Installation was easy and the gate came with screws and wall plug. After measuring out the length , the gate fitted perfectly.It is so well made and easy to open and close. It has hooks the it clips onto and also latches the prevent it being opened. I don't use the latches as there is no chance of a baby opening it. It looks fab and it very sturdy!A little bonus is that it can be pulled in different directions. Although I can pull it across our stairs which only allows the baby to walk around downstairs, I can also pull it in a different direction and only allow the baby in the sitting room. I was going to buy some simple hooks so I can connect it to the different door.Overall, it a really great solution to a problem that we have had for a couple months and if you have awkward stairs I highly recommend it.

Updating my review as I had an issue with the clips, customer service contacted me and issued a new set of clips, they broke again but they have now assured me they are receiving new more durable clips and these will be sent to me. We have been in conversation over the past few weeks and I do believe this company genuinely wants to provide a very good product that works effectively. I look forward to receiving the new clips as the rest of the gate is very sturdy and looks classier than the usual white plastic doors.

The baby gate is easy to install and comes with a manual. I installed it at the bottom of my stairs and it works very well and I highly recommend it!! It's also easy to use, and you can easily roll it up if you're not using it, saving space.My little baby has just learned to crawl. Compare with the traditional mental gate and wood gate, this door is very safe for the baby because the material of the gate is soft mesh, which prevents the baby from being hit.My labrador likes to sneak into the baby's bedroom to play at bedtime, but this gate prevents him from entering the baby's room successfully because it comes with a extra spacer that can be mounted against the skirting board, so the puppy can't get under the gate.

The gate broke after a few month the hinges snappedNo pushing or hard wear on itThey just snapped - tried to contact seller for replacement and was told to contact them via Amazon which I can’t do due to being over the return period

Bought to replace a standard wooden wall mounted gate which was across a door to the hallway in our pre-school. Unfortunately many of the children could open the previous gate and one could even lift it off it's hinges so we needed a gate they couldn't open, but the staff could open with one hand when carrying a child. This works well as they haven't yet worked it out and also can't climb on it. One downfall is that they do tend to pull at the top and it can sag a bit.** we are now on our second gate after only 4 months, even with buying replacement catches, unfortunately as the gate is opened multiple times per hour the top bracket has cracked and it is not as hardwearing as it could be.

Not easy to use one handed.Dog wrecked it in about 20 mins.If it wasn’t wrecked by the dog I would have sent it back

Easy enough to install, however, after 2 weeks use the bottom lock has fallen off and the plastic has snapped on the part that the gate attaches too (I’ve had to cable tie it together to make it usable).I can’t seemingly contact anyone about this which is rather frustrating.

This gate was perfect installed easily. Very tidy. But my 14 week old puppy managed to break the brackets just by jumping up against it. Probably better for babies and children.
