Q: Will these sensors also tie in to my pcm or am i going to have to run four sensors

PCM is a fairly generic term so hopefully this helps. There are two wires that give 0-5v analog reference signals for each of the o2 sensors so if your PCM (as opposed to a megasquirt haltech motec etc) can handle 0-5v analog inputs you're good to go. If it's a factory/oem ecu the likelihood of that is slim to none. Again hth

Q: Will this work with the HPtuners mpvi pro scanner?

Yes just have to enter the pid in hp tuners

Q: I have a brand new single gauge kit. Can I get the dual gauge standalone and then buy another single kit? I would assume that would be cheaper.

The gauges are not sold alone. They are only sold in kits.
