One of the holes was off.
Had to drill one of the holes out to make it work.

Where to start.... almost nothing good
First... the motor did not fit the STOCK TOYOTA window regulator. There is not enough clearance on one side to clear the regulator mount. Had to grind about 1.5mm from the regulator and another 1.5mm from one screw and motor flange to get enough clearance to get the motor mount screws and gear to align.Second... the motor runs BACKWARDS.The right and left motors are mirror images of each other so it is impossible even mouth the wrong one so this is the correct part.Not a super big deal, I just swapped the wires in the motor plug. The wire colors are reversed from the car but it works.Summary; NOT a straight replacement but with some work you can FORCE it to work.
