Good value
Batteries are effectively 730mA. Competiton is mostly 780mA. However, the real bargain is the charger. The charger is capable of 4 x 500mA. Subsequently the charge is individually adjusted, hence perfectly charged. Tested with a reliable USB Tester.

These rechargeable lithium cells maintain a full 1.5 volts better than other rechargeables
The problem with most rechargeable cells (Ni-Cd, NiMH, etc.) is that they start out at around 1.25 Volts, which leaves many LED lights significantly dimmer than they should be - even from the outset.I have a headlamp that takes three AAA cells that I wear at night when walking our dogs. It doesn't have any dimming features or fancy DC-to-DC converters in it, but I like it because it's lightweight and comfortable on my head.LEDs are good about "graceful degradation" as battery voltage drops, diminishing their output as the batteries drop in voltage as they become exhausted, but without the right voltage to begin with, most LED lights will never be as bright as they're supposed to be. These 1.5 Volt rechargeable lithium cells solve that problem because they actually put out an honest 1.5 volts, so my headlamp stays nice and bright, from beginning to end.Even though they seem to provide a bit less warning than other rechargeable cells when they are about to become depleted, I'm happy to accept that trade-off.

Batteries and charger
Batteries charge well and last for a long time. Charger only works with these batteries.

Rechargeable flashlight batteries
These are better than several other brands I have used and for the same or less money!

3 out of 8 dead
3 out of 8 dead with less than a dozen cycles. One was DOA. Used the correct type of charger. Didn't overly discharge These are just unreliable and poor quality. They are also a bit bigger then a standard AAA which is common with rechargeables but these would not fit in certain devices.

Great batteries, you`ll need a real lithium charger.
You`ll need a real lithium charger. I toasted 4 batteries trying a standard charger. Other than that, they are working great. Long lasting charge, capable of very many charge cycles. I do recommend them.I hope the seller lets everyone know about trying a standard charger. I have 2 others, both of them ruined the 4 batteries. I ordered their lithium charger, work great!

seems to lose charge when just sitting. gets hot under heavy load
I'm wondering if the internal voltage regulator is consuming power even when the battery is not being used. It seems to be losing charge sitting around.Another issue is that when used in a flashlight, the light is very bright as the battery is dumping lot of current into flashlight. but along with it, the battery is heating up quite a bit. Not sure if its the Li-ion battery heating up or the voltage regulator is getting very hot.I'm okay with having to recharge the battery more often but do wonder about the heat generation under heavy load.

So far so good!
They came quickly and the price was good compared to others. Having just received them I'm not sure yet what the life will be with these over time.
