Q: better gentle or chelated iron?

I've been using this for years. I cannot tolerate regular iron supplements. But this causes me no distress and I take 4 - 6 capsules/day. It is vegan.

The same thing just happened to me. I received two bottles, 90 capsules each, but I ordered two bottles, 180 capsules each. Hopefully the seller will make this right.
