I purchased three of this model jacket in various colors for one granddaughter and two grandsons. Great quality and comfortable fit. The Grandchildren enjoy wearing them for water activities, such as, tubing, paddle boarding and kayaking. What I liked was coming into our vacation cabin and seeing the grandchildren still wearing their Life Vests while they were watching a movie. This was reassuring to me that the comfort level was what I expected.

These seem well made, good quality. The sizing is very small. Fits my 35lb 3 year old comfortably snug with the zipper and I can tighten the straps for a tight fit that won’t slide up. I wish this had a strap to go between legs like toddler life jackets.

Great quality for the price. My daughter and son love theirs and are comfortable wearing them for a whole day on the boat. We tried three different styles with my daughter and were looking for a vest that didn't cut into her neck. This one worked!! She just turned 6yrs old and is 52lbs and it worked perfectly with room to grow. My son is 4.5yr old and 44lbs and it fit him as well with a little more room to grow but not too much. As other reviewers said, it does run a little small, but for my kids it is going to give us at least two years of use which is perfect for the price.

I bought the Stearns Puddle Jumper life jacket for my 5 year old to use when our family goes to the beach for the summer time. Here is my review:Pros:- Lightweight and comfortable design that my kiddo doesn't mind wearing all day- High quality construction and materials for the price- Adjustable straps allow for a customized fit as kiddo grows- The vest doesn't cut into her neck which she appreciates- Vibrant colors and fun design that makes it easy to spot from a distanceCons:- Runs small, so order a size up if your child is close to the weight limit- Difficult to get on and off because it zips up versus clipping- Not as durable as more expensive life jackets we've ownedOverall, this is a great affordable life vest for young kids. The adjustability means we will get 2+ years of use out of it. I recommend sizing up if your child is close to the limit. The zipper can be tricky but the comfort and quality make up for it.
