Freedom Reaper Forward Picantinny Rail Mount (Black, 30mm)

Sturdy, height is the same? as AR iron sights. I shoot NRA and CMP Highpower and since changing over to optics, cheek weld being the same as irons is important. Also having the scope (Vortex PST) moved forward on the receiver is paramount during the position changes in competition (prone, sitting and standing). Seems to be a very good mount for this game.

Bought one and mounted it on a Vortex Viper 1-4 for NRA/CMP Service Rifle competition. I've been using it for a year and a half after trying both 2 inch offset and 3 inch offset Vortex 1 piece mounts. Those mounts were too high for Service Rifle. I love the giantFor this mount height is 1.38 above the rail and the mount has 3.8” of forward off-set. Nose at charging handle and standard cheek weld position is perfect for this mount in every position for the game.I bought a second one for my clone upper build. It's always my first recommend for mounts.

Great mount. If you need a forward mounted scope for Service Rifle matches, this is the one. Very solid with three securing points and very well built. I have been using mine in matches for three years and will definitely by another one.

My second Reaper. I like these for the price. Pleanty on forward adjustment possible. Which allows for eye relief in all positions.

This item was advertised as a 20 moa mount, in the description. It is not. It's a great mount otherwise but if you're after that extra internal elevation, this mount will give you nothing extra.

This is a great scope mount. Very well built one piece construction. I like that it has the three slots for extra strength with no slipage. I have this on my 7.62/308 AR with a Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50 and this scope mount has performed perfectly, or at least as perfectly as I would hope it would. I have an American Defense Recon on my 5.56/.223 and I honestly feel that this one is a little more rigid.
