Mistakes found in Motherboard and Gpu
(One year later review)I'm going to start with the pricing for this pc when I had purchased this it was a little over $2000 so it was expensive but some of the parts were cheap besides the main components like the cpu and gpu everything else felt a bit lower quality and that is what makes the price manageable especially for it having a 4080 in it obviously the gpu itself was expensive as with any modern high-end gpu the case was small very compact I had to deal with slightly higher temperatures for a more convenient pc case that could fit in most spaces the case itself was a little outdated the airflow was not that great but it was nice because it wasn't so massive like eatx I liked the rgb luckily everything worked properly and overall the system is powerful and a beast at that it can handle every modern game in 4K Ultra and High well above 60 and 120+ with DLSS and FSR the cpu is snappy I had a good score in cinebench over 25,000 if I remember correctly but had to do some adjustments because intel cpu's are space heaters and monsters at desktop tasks and I chose intel mainly because of that I had to adjust settings in bios myself and slightly undervolt the cpu because of how poor the airflow was in the system but again overall the system is a beast and I loved it I had a few issues and these are the reasons I will never purchase or recommend this product funny enough I actually recommended this to a friend and he purchased a pc from you guys so I decided to check my cable management and ensure everything was setup properly and top notch I noticed whoever connected the JAUD1 for the audio did not even connect the thing properly they literally connected one row of pins and completely left a row of pins unconnected and this other issue really upset me because it could have easily damaged my gpu and caused instability and crashes who ever connected the 4080 cables did not do it properly and connected them the not recommended way by Nvidia I had to buy replacement cables there should have been three cables that go to the pcie cables and then those to the psu also after sometime the type c cable that goes directly into the motherboard got loose and the type c port stopped working I had to go in and reconnect the type c cable and ensured it was connected properly not sure exactly how these mistakes could have passed through inspections but it's not very professional I really enjoy the pc and liked the pricing and enough that I even recommended it to a friend this could have easily been a four to five stars for me if I had not discovered those three issues ⭐⭐⭐

*VERY IMPORTANT TIP*
I want to preface this short review with a quick psa for everyone in regards to software you'll want to consider using in order to operate this pc to its full potential.Fan Control by Rem0o - this software will be able to let you have absolute control over the fans. Additionally, you can monitor different system temps, pumps, and customize your fans operation. Frankly, MSI center is bloatware, its only use is to control the Mystic lights (Which I recommend setting to the CPU temp Option)MSI Afterburner - This is an enhanced MSI Software that will let you have more control over how your graphics cards operates.*Do not f with the Bios, the only thing average users might want to change is the power save option for fans or the Virtual machine option. Other than that, ive seen comments of people tweaking their fan power from PWM mode, do not do this. The fans on this machine can be loud but with the right fan curve adjustments you can keep your pc cool and quiet for most avg tasks.Lastly, I want to express my satisfaction with this machine, there are certainly other options to consider but I do not regret buying this PC.

Looks great if the LEDS and fans worked...
TLDR: NO fans on the Pc are functioning (or the leds but who cares) so the computer will probably overheat. And the rats nest of cables and copius zip ties everywhere prevent me from finding the problem alone.I'm not a car guy i have a mechanic look at my car and i feel the same way about building a PC I'll leave it to the professionals since i haven't built a Pc in like 15 years and hated it.Came very well packed exactly when it was expected to be delivered, great! From the front everything seems to be in good order no obvious hanging wires or anything, very clean. On first boot up no leds... ok... probably just need to turn them on with included remote, nope.Maybe after setup and system reboot. No, then i noticed no fans are spinning... huh...After opening fron pannel i can see 2 fan ports at the top of the motherboard only 1 plugged in for 5 fans... all the other fans route through the back.I follow them around to what can only be described as a melon sized ball of cables wrapped and zip tied around each other wedged at the bottom of the machine. All i can see of the fan cables is they go down loop like 5 times the u-turn into the void presumably back to the bottom side of the motherboard where more fan ports wait but i cant tell without ripping half the machine apart and probably voiding the warranty. There is no documentation of what exact motherboard so its wishful thinking of where those cables are headed. There is a tech checklist of the builder and presumably QA checking off that everything is functional before shipping out so maybe it has sat in an amazon warehouse and been moved and turned all around and something popped out deep in the bowels of the machine.Benifit of the doubt for now as i will contact the customer support number included to hopfully resolve this, I hope i'm the dumb one and it its a simple fix, quick word with a tech and I'm good to go.Was wanting this set up well before Christmas but at this point not likely.
