Awesome product and great Customer care followup
Very happy with the product. Product as described and gives a very natural wood feel devoid of any laminates and glass. Very easy to assemble with assembly requiring tightening of only 4 table legs using allen key (supplied).Chairs come in ready made with no additional setup required. You can assemble the setup yourselves and no need for experts. Received one chair(out of six) with one part chipped off due to transport damage. The vendor was very prompt to address the issue and immediately got it replaced. High quality product and good value for money. Highly recommended.Cons: Table while of sufficient length to easily seat 6 people comfortably, due to the design of the chairs, when 6 chairs are parked in the table with no one seating, they don't sit flush within the dimensions of the table. Ideally 4 chairs sit nice.Also, due to the inclined legs of the chairs, one need to get used to not getting your toes stubbed on the legs while walking casually. Other than these its an excellent high quality product and highly recommended.

Great, but will have to see how it wears of in time.
It's been more than a month I got this beauty home. I'll tell you it's worth all the wait. I just hope it proves it's worth in the tide of time. If you don't have tons to money and don't know any craftsman to work their magic buy it you won't regret. It's very sturdy heavy and all the things you want.

Strudy. , Elegant and easy to install
This is the first time I have bought furniture online , glad I wasn’t regretting my decision , the product is great , took just 10 mins to assemble ( though I was expecting someone would come from seller to do that) , finish is great and sturdy and my confidence in online purchases just got boosted , thanks to the seller of that !!

Cracked table, seller will not respond
How can a solid wood sheesham table crack along the complete length of the table right in the middle as shown in the photos? Have tried to contact seller thru Amazon customer service, but not recieved any feedback.

I recieved this product within the specified time. Found some issues in chair and surely because of transportation. Raised the complaint and within 5 minutes I recieved the call from seller. My issue was resolved well with in time.Excellent Craftmanship and easy to unpack. Only we need to assemble 4 legs of table. Delighted to see that seller even provided the key to tighten the bolts.

Satisfactory purchase!
Table and chairs seems to be sturdy for now. Chairs are quite heavy. Have been using the set for close to 2 months. Seller was responsive and accommodative of our customised polish colour. Packing was very well done and there was no damage during the transport. Will update the review after 6 months of usage.
