Broke after 5 minutes!
I had this up and running for 5 minutes. During its 5 minutes of use, it could only get the water luke warm not really hot at all. When I slowed the water flow down, it stopped working. I tried to turn on the water again and it would not come on. I unplugged the unit for a few minutes and it still would not come back on again.

Does work but blows the breaker
Repeatedly blowed the breaker water warm but not hot . Not worth the money spent.

Does not work as advertised.
It does not get warmer the more water flow there is. Never got over 30 on heat. Very disappointed.A real waste of money.

Not easy to hook up
There aren’t any instructions to indicate what the fitting sizes are. It took 3 trips to the hardware store to get all the correct fittings. Also the water doesn’t get very warm. I wouldn’t recommend for human use, too cold. We use it for the dogs and it’s fine for that.

you get what you pay for
Did everything the instructions said and got one use out of it and it died. all I wanted was a small unit to get one hot shower a day and I got one and it was no more. I would recommend that you just save your money and buy a better unit because this is truly a waste of time and money.

Gets warm
I had issues with it in the beginning. It kept turning off and stayed on only when it wanted to. But it def gets warm for the time being. I use this for my shampoo sink bowl.

Wouldnt get up to temp with the amount of water pressurr it puts out.
Purchased this for our camper. Relatively easy to install with some patients, and effert!From what my husband said.....it never got up to a reasonable temperature with the amount of pressure it needed to got to the shower. However at least I got this one. We ordered the same one a month before this one it never showed up...that was 2 months ago!

Piece of junk
This dang thing only heats up to 27 degrees. Waste of time and money.I got a return label and sent both back and now company is trying to say they only got 1 back. Never buy from these folks. The product was not good and when I was allowed to return them, I sent them both back in 1 box , just like i received it and now I am being charged for one of them, saying it was not returned. :( :( :(
