Can’t for the life of me to get multiplayer to work. Tried everything just doesn’t recognize any controllers at all

This games offers great family fun most evenings. Our 4 year old loves to join in on trying to get the top answer or any answer.

Fun family game! Was surprised that even our 21 year old son said he really had fun playing with the family. Was disappointed that the team that challenges never changed but that's minimal. Good value for the money.
