Arrived quickly. Took 10 minutes to assemble. Appears to be well made. Use it to catch oil under diesel trucks in garage. Easily held all of the oil. The pump worked good. The only design issue I see is the hose from the pump to the catch can drags on the ground just a bit. Over time I am concerned this will wear and leak. Will likely reinforce the hose with tape in that spot.

While it technically does as it says. It gets a little messy. I bought this to make multiple oil changes easier and it did. Afterwards I would pump the used oil into the bottles I had just emptied. I used this for about a 2 years. The construction was not great but good for the price, it never failed and was still usable when I discarded it. My problem was with the hose and the pump handle. The hose retaining system did not hold the hose and let it rest on the grate which after use has oil on it forever. This means when I would go to use it again oil would get from the hose onto ground and me. The handle does not fold out of the way so it got bent, it still worked though. I ended up using traditional pans and dumping the waste into a 55 gallon drum my local bio diesel recycling center gave me.

I should have listened to all the reviews. It was missing pieces. Thank God I had old parts for other things in the garage. It also leaks so make sure once you drain it to angle the hose so it doesn’t leak all over the place with the final residue that’s left.

Save yourself the hassle, DO NOT buy this product. Cheap construction, manual pump is amongst the worst ive ever seen, leaks out of everywhere, hose sucks, I thought maybe the reviews were wrong, they were not horrible waste of money and time.

This is what you want if you want to change your own oil in a big semi truck.

I am some what pleased with this unit. I used this drain pan under my semi truck My only issue was the hand pump was hard to operate and the seal leaked at the pump. Other than that it's a good quality product.
