I really like these inspection tags. They are very sturdy and are perfect for an AED.

We use these for our monthly AED inspections at my church. My husband and I are in charge of our medical team and wanted something that we could use to show that inspections are being done on a regular basis. The package comes with many included. It just has a "date" and "initial column". Would be nice if it had a column for expiration dates so that those could be double checked but that's okay. We are very happy with the purchase.
