Easy to assemble. Instructions are clear. Door swings perfectly, holding itself open and closed without a catch (making it easier to open when hot!).Looks the part when lit and the 360-degree mesh makes it perfect for an all-round flame, while protecting your clothes & garden furniture from sparks.Would recommend. (Needed a paint touch-up but the finish allows for that nicely)Customer service was excellent!

Simple to assemble but poorly made. The metal is thin and lacks accuracy in fabrication. The door doesn't close properly and has no fastening. I don't intend to use as a fire place as I don't think it would last long. I will use it for decoration only

Use it for extra warmth on chilly days or evenings. Good heat all the way round. Easy to assemble and to use. Looks very attractive.

This chimenea looks nice in our garden but more importantly the wood burns well and the mesh stops the sparks from flying out

Not very sturdy and not great value for money

Very efficient on delivery. Advised around 5 days when ordering but arrived in just 3.Easy to understand instructions and decent quality. Used for the first time this week and it gives out a decent amount of heat.

Attaching the door - there are no detailed instructions as to which way the hinges attach- 30 inutes later and having tried all combinations of fitting the door, we've gone with an option but the door doesn't open fully and it's lopsided- ths is the same whatever way we fit the hinges to the door.
