Nice product and quality also good.I ordered orange and black color but i received cream and brown combination.

The pole high this too low. There is no optional rod included as mentioned l. Kindly have the optional rod send else it is if no use as it was purchased as I do not have to bend to clean the floor

I saw black and orange here, while a cream and brown colour one was delivered. Not a serious issue for me but I liked the dark colour better. Shows lack of customer understanding.

Not that much useful which we thought and height need to be bigger

I got damaged product . Quality was bad, i reuested for return and i got mail for my return request with order id and refund . But i never get refund .

First of all received the item in different color. Could have been more long so not comfortable to sweep as it's short. Dusting in the pan is also little difficult since the pan's edge is not so thin. Overall okok product.

I've been using the broom/dustpan unit for about a week. I read all the one star reviews before purchase as I usually do to determine if the pros outweighed the cons. It seemed so for this product, so I made the purchase, and can say that I have been very pleased.Things I like:1. Easy to assemble. All parts are bagged and tagged, so you know which parts are for the broom handle and which for the dust pan handle. Once put together it is all very sturdy, but not combersome.2. The handle of the dustpan will stay upright if you need two hands for the broom (I've dealt with other models where you must continually hold the dustpan handle or it crashes)3. Minor detail, but I do like that the pair clip together for storage and they do not take up a ton of room.Things I love:1. The finger like combs on the dustpan! Brilliant idea. We have large fuzzy dogs, and sweeping up dog hair is never a joy. Once I sweep up the dog hair, it makes it easy to get it off the brush and into the pan by combing through the broom bristles with the comb attached to the dustpan.2. On the lip of the dustpan that sits against the floor, there is a rubber edging that makes the dustpan sit flush against the floor, so all the sweepings go into the pan rather than slidding underneath.It's a great unit and one I would definitely reccomend.

Was everything it promised to be...Mine arrived early without any issues, no warped pieces, nor missing broken anything.It even did amazing at picking up crumbs on carpet around my sitting chair. Broom is excellent on carpets.I bought mine because of a a past food spill issue in kitchen where I no longer can reach floor for easy pick ups. This pan is big enough/ wide enough for any substantial spillages.It feels very solid, and if you follow the picture instructions enclosed the assembly tells you which part goes into which other part without issue. I opted to NOT install the optional extender tubing so both pieces are same height/ size for now.Go ahead and make your purchase as mine had no defects or missing /broken parts etc.Great/ sound little purchase.THX

I ordered the first one because my partner is extremely tall and needs a long handle. We took part of the duster handle and added it to the broom for extra height and it was perfect. After a year of daily use the handle started to crack, so I reordered, only to find that changes in manufacturing mean you can no longer assemble it this way and the new broom isn't long enough! Furthermore, these pieces aren't compatible with the old one, so I can't even mix and match them together to create a long enough broom! Extremely disappointed.

This is one of my best purchases in a long time. It was extremely easy to assemble (just put the rods together and turn). You can customize the height by using all rods (tall) or leaving one out (shorter). In my photo, I have all rods in use. I'm 5'4 and I think this would be tall enough for anyone to use comfortably. The bristles are stiff and pick up fur in my 4 cat household easily and doesn't seem to fling the hair around as much as more flimsy brooms. As I have 4 cats, I have put this to work over the last week and I'm happy with how quick and easy clean up has been. I have a bad back so appreciate not having to bend over to use the dustpan. The dust pan brim stays on the floor so I very rarely have anything go under the dust pan. I've used similar broom and dustpan sets and they are no where near as nice as this one. I'm planning on buying one for my mom and for at work.
