Q: Where do i get replacement marbles?

Ours had a off number for the red ones so it effects everything as know...HOWEVER ours were missing from the unopened box only to know on family game night where our 4yr old said they don’t want to play because “that’s not the RULES”...would love a refund or credit so I can get some game where we may not HAVE this problem even as a possiblity! THAT is what I request from amazon as I bought the product from THEM!!!

Q: Does the game come with tweezers to pick the balls up like Scatterpillar Scramble does?

There are no tweezers. The players use their fingers. I hate to admit my 3 year old granddaughter is much better stacking the marbles without losing them than I am. Of course, she starts at the top instead of the bottom! 😄

Q: Any idea why our caterpillar won’t throw the balls? Even when moving, the balls stay on his hands!

It doesn’t throw the balls... the body only wiggles to make it challenging to place the balls on the wiggling arms/hands.
