This multivitamin does the job, I feel the difference, my energy levels improved and it's helping me during these winter days where everything looks grey and cold outside. Yes, they smell and have an odor but somewhere I read its because they don't add preservatives and that's when I decided to order it, I'm soo glad I did, thank you Solaray, keep up the good work, low or zero preservatives are always welcome in my household.

Works well but it has a strong odor. I have to chase it down with juice because the smell is so strong.

Great quality vits for mature adults. Veggie capsules are kidney friendly for absorption. Only one per day! All the nutrients I need with just one capsule! Thanks Solaray!!

However, the tablet size ended up being just too large to swallow, and the taste repeats afterwards. If those two things are not of concern, then they'd probably be great quality vitamins otherwise.

I really like these vitamin pills. Easy to swallow and no after taste. I feel like I have more energy after taking them. Been taking them for 2 weeks now.
