Really poor. This is after about a month and the main magnets are seriously rusty and mark the skin brown. I also have the beginning of irritation on the back of the wrist where the lacquer had come off that makes me believe this is copper plate on base metal.

Ordered this for my Dad, he has noticed some relief in his arthritis since wearing it. This bracelet is really big, my Dad has a 7 1/2 inch wrist measurement and it hung off his wrist, so after a quick squeeze in a vice it now fits reasonable well but still moves a lot.
