We have a Samsung fridge freezer with a water and ice dispenser, and anyone who has one knows how surprisingly expensive the official replacement water filters can be. I was getting tired of paying the high price for the branded originals, so I decided to take a chance on these AQUA CREST compatible filters.I'm pleased to report that the experience has been flawless. The order arrived in good time, was well-packaged, and the filters themselves look and feel like a high-quality product.The Good Stuff (Pros):✅ Excellent Value for Money: The price difference is significant. For less than the cost of one original Samsung filter, you get a pack of three of these. The savings add up very quickly over the year.✅ Perfect Fit, No Leaks: This was my main concern, but I needn't have worried. The filter was a perfect fit, twisting and locking into place just like the original. Installation took less than a minute with absolutely no leaks or 'dramas'.✅ Great-Tasting Water: Most importantly, the water quality is excellent. The taste is clean and fresh, with no hint of chlorine. We can't tell any difference between the water from this filter and the water from the far more expensive branded one. They do the job just fine and have never let me down.✅ Helpful Install Stickers: A nice little touch is that they include stickers to mark the installation month. It's a simple but effective reminder of when the next change is due.Verdict:Overall, making the switch to these filters was a great decision. They offer the same performance and quality as the originals for a fraction of the cost. If you're still buying the expensive branded filters, I'd highly recommend you give these a try. As good as, if you can judge

These are great value for money, about a third of the cost of the official Samsung filters. Fits perfectly into our fridge/freezer. ***Please be aware that they are only NSF 42 certified (removal of non-health related contaminants). The official Samsung filters are 42, 52 (removal of health related contaminants) and 401 (removal of 15 specific additional drug/herbicide compounds) certified as well. Whilst it doesn't mean that these filters will not remove other non-certified components, the manufacturer has not gone out of their way to obtain certification beyond NSF 42.***

These fit my Samsung fridge/freezer perfectly and add zero taste to the water. But like most filters for these fridges they take a lot of pushing and twisting to get them installed properly. Good value in a 3 pack which will last me for 18 months.

Easy to fit and a good deal cheaper than the manufacturers one. Will definitely be buying these again. Absolutely recommended.

Great does what its supposed to do

I routinely buy these replacement filters. The quality seems fine and the amount of water they each treat is ok. Compared to the Samsung OEM ones, you don't get the "change by" date sticker but the fridge gives you a warning when its time to change it anyway.Perhaps not the fault of these filters but changing them requires a pair of grips - and yes, I do de-pressurise the filter first.
