The prints labels good but I long for relationship with this item. Due to physical and spiritual for like that window can see inside there is a turn on.

Makes Consistent Wire Tags
I use this primarily for wire tagging. I print 3 lines of nomenclature on 9/16' tape. I interface it using my iPhone 14 via Bluetooth and the Epson App which makes editing and printing fast and easy. You can save tag formats once you get the perfect format. I only wish there was a way to easily flip the top line and bottom line without having to edit/rewrite the nomenclature. I would recommend this printer.

Nice printer
This printer works as expected. This works very good for printing labels for rod building.

Could use some improving
The computer software and mobile app user interface could use a major overhaul. The editing tool to make multiple labels is problematic #1. Users can’t add or remove labels while inside the multi label editor. So adding a feature that could add and remove labels within the editor would be a good start. #2. Users can’t import templates or saved labels into the multi label maker editor. #3. Users can’t make labels with varying multi line text sizes and fonts. #4. When making multiple labels text and fonts have to be input individually for each label. There needs to be an option to apply settings to all labels. #5. There isn’t a ruler or way to measure and verify text sizing like with word doc and other such programs. #6. The google drive and drop box import feature only allows importation of image files. I would have liked to import data files made in word doc or excel where I can actually measure out my labels and text.If these app changes were made then I really don’t see any other issues for myself.Connectivity and pairing is a bit dicey but once connected it works effortlessly.I love that this label maker uses AC power and not a lithium ion battery. This label maker was rebranded from the previous lw-600p and renamed lw-px400 and given a new paint coat and a rubber case with a markup of $69.00 making it go from $100 to $169.00 on epsons website. I really don’t feel like the rubber case justifies the price increase especially when the mobile app still needs a lot of work. I also appreciate the 0.39 margin waste vs the 1” waste of brother label makers. If the app issues are addressed this really would be worth the price. They also dropped the ribbon and iron on labels for the PX tape cartridges 💔

Great for custom heat shrink
I use this for making custom heat shrink tubing. As an audio installer, there’s no question I did the work now!

Huge, margin waste is a lie
Size: It's way bigger than you would think. Definitely not something you are clipping to a belt.Power: It only uses AA, no option for rechargeable. Includes an ac adapter.Accessories: Epson does not offer any cases for this model. The competition for this model from Brady has a case. The tape selection is OK, but when compared to Brady it is definitely lacking innovation. Would like to see metallic security labels, water dissolvable labels, velcro labels etc.Software: 3 separate apps are available on the play store, depending on what you need to do you have to swap through them. The software for the Brady is way better.Margin waste: This line is a complete joke. Every time it prints, it purges 3/4 or an inch or more of label, cuts it, and then proceeds to start the print.Customer service: Seems great with fast shipping for labels. This carries a lifetime warranty. This beats any other brand.

Perfect
I have the print hundreds of labels for thw ends of Cat6A ethernet and this thing has exceeded my expectations since I can upload the spreed sheet and have it print while I do other things I just wish it would pause the print if it runs out of label material

I love this thing!
It's been great. I've been using their new "label editor" and "mobile label editor" apps. The PC app is good but I have a problem with vertical alignments. The mobile app doesn't have that problem. I love that this take batteries or AC power. It's portable and connects quickly via Bluetooth.
