This was an almost perfect replacement my neon wall clock that is about 20 years old. I first found replacement parts online, (huge learning curve for a novice!!!) but the cost was eye opening! So I checked Amazon and found this item, for $10! Multiple hands and second hands to choose from. Clear instructions. And various hardware/pieces to secure it, depending on your situation.In my case, I was able to re-use the original nut to secure it to the clock. The supplied nut is quite thin and wouldn't "catch" the mechanism threads. My original nut has a wide collar that goes deeper thru the face plate hole, and secured it nicely. Thankfully the threads matched!! My old hands didn't fit, so I used one of the supplied sets.Also, all hands have a protective plastic covering that must be carefully pealed off. Otherwise the hands will look horrible. Work gently because the hands are easily bent.My old movement second hand "ticked", and jumped second to second. This one is completely silent, and moves steadily and smoothly. Nice, but something I'll have to get used to. I actually like the ticking, especially when the house is silent.I'm extremely happy with this item. I have a second identical clock, and I'm purchasing a second one to have on hand should it quit working also. 🙂

This product replace perfectly the original UTS movement. Far cheaper and came with the handles. The movement protruded a little more on the back so I added some padding to make the clock more stable against the wall; I left them before trimming so you can see them on the pic. Working great

Works as expected, easy to install and no issues.

The shaft was long enough for my plate clock but the threads that come up from bottom was not. I was able to catch one ring of the threads with the nut but not sure if it will hold. So far so good. Keeps good time and easy to install.

It fits perfectly. There is no ticking sound at all. And the time is accurate.

How a quartz movement can lose 10mn in 12 hours ?I might be among the unlucky ones, but this does not work as advertise.

With a web search I found a detailed tabular specification for the different models of clock movements and was able to match the bad movement exactly. This allowed the use of the original hands which was the main driver to match the clock face.Fit perfectly and is working well.

The first motor I received ran for only about 2 minutes and stopped. The replacement motor, which was easily obtained from Amazon, has been working fine and has been keeping perfect time. Because this motor was to repair a 20 year old novelty clock, I had to slightly modify the hands so they would fit the clock case but that was easy and the clock works like new again.
