I bought this to replace a different brand magnet mount. The first brand I purchased couldn't hold my Ruger American 9mm very well while driving. Everytime I turned, stopped or drove on a road not completely smooth, it would fall on my foot. Then my brother showed me this one, saying it held his pistol like glue matter how he drove, so I ordered it and couldn't be happier. It's strong enough to hold my 9mm vertically, and doesn't budge a centimeter on sharp turns, bumpy roads or even going faster than advisable over railroad tracks. I put it through every test I could think of, and it stays where it should on the mount. Even with the magnet being that strong, it only takes a small twisting motion to grab the gun. I absolutely love this mount and couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Very strong magnet, adhesive isn't strong but it does come with screws of many sizes.

i actually bought these in hopes of putting a rifle mounted to my nightstand however it was a crap shoot of whether or not it would work. i decided to take the gamble, and as it turns out my rifle would not be supported by the two magnets, not because they couldn't hold the weight, because i do still believe they could, but because there were not enough flat points to make contact with the magnets, however i quickly changed course and mounted my bedside table handgun and a flashlight and spare mag to them and they work great. keeps them off the top of my nightstand and more hidden. i will be purchasing more when i build my at home office desk so that i can keep another near me at all times. also just for a cool factor. they do not mar up the finish of the gun, there can be some black marks from the rubberized magnet but theyve all wiped right off. the magnet is pretty strong and can take some careful movements not to pinch a finger while putting it back on depending on your orientation of the gun. Great for handguns, not great for rifles

Great magnet and strong 3m tape. I like having the screw option. Holds my full size handgun no problem even with polymer grip.

Definitely works and puts things in easy reach. Doesn’t stick well to leather, but does stick to plastics. The only issue that I had was driving on roads with a lot of potholes and manhole covers. The constant bumps and the weight of what I had on it kept causing it to fall off from the plastic.

These magnets are easily installed and strong enough to hold securely my semi-auto pistol in one position as vehicle engaged road bumps.

This is a really nice magnet. It mounted very nicely and the magnets are super strong. It holds my Glock 19 very nicely and does not allow it to move. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a strong rubber magnet.I did have to use different nuts and bolts to secure it as the screws provided were not good for this area of install. However it’s solid on there and I’m confident this will last a long time.If you’re on the fence, look no further, this is it!

Honestly these hold the gun down greatly too but it's nearly impossible to find anything like this that will ship to where I live. I love em.
