These work very well
These work well. Only there were supposed to be 30 and package wrapping inside the box was open and only 27 inside. I will still render because they work very well.

Not for Male Urinary Relief
These catheters (and others advertised on Amazon) are too short for draining male bladders. Such sterile catheters can only be purchased by those who have a business license or a medical degree. 16-inch (41 cm) length is the length REQUIRED for that use. It's "strange" that you can order sixteen inch sterile catheters and NOT get what you've clearly ordered. And it's "odd" that these sterile catheters are not returnable for replacement. And this works to the disadvantage of men in need of sixteen inch sterile catheters for urinary relief because it's an age related condition which should qualify millions of men with enlarged prostrate glands because the "legal" sterile catheters "cost" six or seven time MORE. Why do they need to put people in pain through this jumping through legal hoops? They are not firearms or any other kind of dangerous product. Why does a product that can be easily produced "to spec" have to cost as much as the "legal" kind? My career was as a Purchasing Manager in manufacturing. I AM the expert on "materials acquisition" you may want to listen to. Do not purchase these short sterile catheters if you are a male seeking relief from pain caused by an enlarged prostate gland. Hospital emergency rooms supply the proper length at no charge if a urologist approves the use of 16-inch catheters. But one time only.

These are NOT Urinary Catheters
I bought these thinking they were like the urinary catheters I get from the insurance recommended supplier. As another reviewer said, insurance will only pay for a certain number per month, and the rest is on you. They look quite similar but are a lot more limber than the real thing, making them harder to insert. They're also a bit shorter than real catheters, so don't drain quite as completely. Upon closer reading of the product description, it says they are for rectal use in giving enemas. I can't attest to their effectiveness in that orifice, but will not be buying them again for urinary use. I get the real thing for about 55 cents each (with shipping) from another source by searching for GentleCath - 6.5" Female Catheter.

EASY USE
because of nerve problem in my spinal column i mostly have to use a catheter to empty my bladder. my insurance pays for 200 a month, that is less than 7 a day (medicare is the same). however once i take my bloodpressure pills, that is not enough during the day so i needed to find another source and i found these here at amazon, i love them, the price is very low, hundreds of dollars less than what the insurance pays, and they are easier to use. i was not able to convince either medicare or my insurance to let me pay for this and they would than reemburse me, so i buy them and have them in in case i need them. if you find yourself in a similar situation, order this brand, i dont think you will be dissapointed. good value for your money

Do not use for catheter
These are not meant for catheter use. Very sharp eagles in the holes. These will scrape the inner of the urethra. Do not recommend this for catheters!
