Nothing like rum, but not bad.
Bought Caleño Dark and Spicy to have when I need to drive, but still want to have a ‘grown up’ drink. Tastes nothing like a good-quality dark spiced rum, but the coconut and pineapple give it a nice refreshing taste that I’ve found works well with cola, and a slice of lemon and lime. Considerably cheaper than a bottle of decent rum, but seems quite pricy for what it is.

The Emperor’s New Clothes in a bottle. No connection with the taste of rum.
I have a health condition which makes alcohol off-limits but wanted something festive at Xmas. This is about as far from the warm, spicy complexity of rum as I can imagine. An expensive mistake.

The perfect non alcoholic alternative to rum
So delighted with this product- it is the perfect alternative to rum and in one weekend I have already used it in many ways! Great for people who want to still make cocktails and have a nice drink but without the alcohol. Beautiful coconutty flavour. I was sceptical of non alcoholic spirits but this one has definitely converted me!

Tropical, Tasty and so delicious.
Have been looking for a delicious and flavoursome non-alcoholic rum and I have definitely found it in this bottle of tropical goodness. Full of flavour and very versatile. I made a Mojito and a Dark and Stormy and this Dark & Spicy did the job perfectly. Highly recommended and definitely mix up some wonderful rum non alcoholic with this beautiful product.

Dark & Spicy deliciousness
This stuff is great! A perfect alcohol-free substitute for rum, love the tropical flavours. Goes down great over ice with some ginger ale and lime 👌🏼. Will be re-stocking soon!

Delicious Non-Alcoholic alternative
This is a great Non-Alcoholic alternative to put in a Dark & Stormy cocktail, tastes great just with ice, lime & Ginger Beer. Has been amazing in Dry Jan.

Not very satisfying
Lovely product presentation in a glass bottle, no problem with delivery but the actual product tasted like lightly flavoured water and I feel it wouldn't mix well with a mixer. It's also weird that it tastes like pineapple, that's not a flavour you would expect in the aloriginal version so it's odd to put it in this imo. Other non-alcoholic spirits have far more oomph.
