Affordable and doesn't make your skin tight and dry
I don't know if this cream works to diminish lines and wrinkles or not but I LOVE THIS for my face! I just started my second jar today. I love the creaminess, the smell and the fact that it doesn't glide on smooth and moisturizing only to disappointment me by turning my skin dry and tight within 10 minutes after application. Its very affordable and I highly recommend it to any person at any age..

Got an itch?
This cream is probably the best i have ever used, for itching. After working outside, I ended up having the Brown Tail Moth rash. I have had this a few times before. For those, I had used Hydrocortisone cream...which worked ok.THIS time, i did more research, as to what may work better. Came upon someone talking about neem oil, and how well it worked for them. So, I went to the local "all natural store". I found straight Neem oil. And, the Neem oil cream with vanilla.WELL!!! I used the oil right away. Stopped itching in minutes. The smell was unpleasant. But I used it at night. So, only I could smell it. I used the Neem oil cream, when going out in public. The cream has a weird "Pleasantly unpleasant" smell, to it. And doesn't stay strong for long. The cream worked well, all day long. For the more serious itchy patches, I did apply more during the day.The cream, at the local store, was $25. Which, at that time, was worth it.I decided to look online, to see if I could find it cheaper. So, Amazon came through with a much lower price.....(OK AMAZON!...DON"T RAISE THE PRICE!)Just remember...creams may work/not work for all...justlike some medicines work/don't work for all. Everyone is different.

Scent may not be worth it.
This is one of the best moisturizers I've ever used. However, every scent I've tried is not good. Pew.

Terrible Allergic Reaction! Be cautious!
Please do not apply this product (or any Neem product) to your face unless you are 100% SURE that you are NOT ALLERGIC to it. My daughter and I put some on our hands and arms -- no reaction. I applied it to my face that night -- and woke with a frightening, dark red, bumpy, blistery reaction -- as if someone had rubbed poison ivy all over my face and neck. My husband searched online to find that other people have reported having the same reaction to Neem containing products. It continued to get worse, so the next day, my husband drove me to the hospital emergency room where they gave me a strong dose of Prednisone and a prescription for five more pills. The pain and itching has necessitated taking Benedryl and some sort of pain relief medicine every four hours for days. My face has been horribly swollen and my bottom lip is still numb almost a week later. This morning, I took my 5th (last) steroid pill. My skin is still blotchy, dry and rough, but it is definitely getting better and although I still look terrible, this is the first day that I feel like myself again. Please -- be very, very cautious.

The odor descriptions are accurate, otherwise OK
Well, I read the reviews and noted all the "stink" comments. I am familiar with neem and use the soap. I thought like with the soap, people might be a teensy bit exagerating the comments. No, they weren't they are dead on in the description of rancid peanuts and burnt garlic. Never having had the experience of smelling rancid peanuts you would think that would be a hard thing to pin on this. But no, when you smell it, you too will be an expert on rancid peanuts. That said, the cream in all other ways is good. It doesn't make my eczema worse (you would be surprised how many products can) and it does seem to be soothing to the itch and/or burn.Myself I won't buy it again because of price. There are a few products not quite as expensive as this that do a similar job for me. And without the odor.Although, like I was telling my boss when I gave him a heads-up if anybody at work complains about my smelling - if rubbing actual rancid peanuts and burnt garlic on me would cure my eczema I would happily do so.

Worth a try!
Have a toddler, now 2, who erupted in ecsema last year after HFM disease and eating lots of fruit. We can't exactly determine what is causing her allergy, so I spent the winter doing our best to tame it. Red all over, but with the classic crusty areas in the creases (backs of knees, etc). The average OTC creams make her cry from "tingling"; found a Borage oil lotion that is great, but really only keeps it from getting worse all winter, not totally healing. So here we are looking at cooler temps soon and she has broken out again (also letting her have some fruit) and I saw reviews for this product: TheraNeem. I read about Neem oil and how effective, but smelly it can be, so I thought for the price this was a good risk to take. It DOES smell like vanilla, but you notice a twist of garlic with it. I would never put this on my face (sensitive to smells), but have no problem putting it on her throughout the day. As long as you wash hands after applying, the smell otherwise fades. Now onto the important part: I was shocked after putting it on the backs of her arms, which had erupted most recently in really rough bumps (like acne bumps). She had been scratching a lot, so it was enough for both of us to notice. I put the cream on one night and the next morning the texture was nearly gone. One arm was noticebly smooth, but red along one streak; that faded by the next day along with any bumps that were left. I have used it all over her now, tops of thighs, armpits, backs of knees and it definitely helps to make it GO AWAY. I wonder if it is the neem or the aloe, so I may use pure aloe on her one time to see, but this is the most interesting stuff I have tried so far. Requires only a very thin application. It makes me think of the anti-aging creams that have retinol - acting like an anti-inflammatory or removal of a top layer of skin. I could see where that might be bad for some people, but it is working for her.
