I was so pleasantly surprised when I unboxed this kettle, it is definitely high quality easily assembled. All parts were included. I use a gas stove and heated up to the perfect temperature within minutes, but what I really love about this kettle. Is the temperature gauge on the lid it tells you exactly when it’s time to pour your perfect cup of coffee.! The handle is very ergonomic and I had the water level above what was recommended just to see if it would spill and it did not it handled perfectly and I could not be more thrilled with this product. I recently bought a Vietnamese pour over coffee apparatus for long trips on the road when I go Camping. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I highly recommend it.!

I bought this for making pour over coffee and it does the job well. It’s just the right size for me, not too big and the temperature gauge is very useful. This kettle pours well and has a heavy, flat bottom that heats up fairly quickly on my gas stove and holds the heat. I gave up on drip coffee makers because they never get the water up to the correct temperature which should be between 195° and 205°I even had a Bonavita machine that supposedly because it was 1500 watts would get up to the correct temperature, but it just barely did and it died after 6 months, plus the thermal carafe ruined the taste no matter how clean it was.If you want to make really delicious coffee, it takes just a little effort and patience but it’s so worth it.

I wasn't excited about having to screw the handle on, but I was really pleased to have 2 extra screws for it. I'm handy, I didn't mind since they also included the correct size screwdriver. We are replacing a beautiful kettle made useless by a missing screw to hold the thermometer to the lid.So have been using this classic type of coffee kettle for about a week now; no complaints. Its much wider base means more real estate sitting on the burner, so the coffee probably heats a little faster. Often I have to turn it down before I'm done cleaning the pot and grinding the beans. It holds the perfect amount for both my Hastings carafe and my pour over pot.Highly recommended, I'm very pleased.

I am very happy that I ended up buying this for my poor over. I was hesitant. I figured a saucepan would work just as well, but I broke down and bought it. I really love it. It’s so precise. It looks great. The handle does not get hot and the water stays hot throughout the whole process of ruining the coffee.

If you’re into precise coffee/tea making, this is an affordable and effective product

use it every day it’s awesome to have a gooseneck kettle. wish the lid knob was protected with silicone or something bc it gets HOT. cheapest, good size for me, no rust so far but i only use RO water bc im fancy
