True 2”
I looked all over for joist hangers that would work for true 2 inch rough cut lumber. These are perfect.

The size is for a non-milled 2x4.
It will not fit the common, milled lumber 2x4 (actual size 1-1/2" x 3-1/2") that most people use. This product is too wide, leaving a gap.

These were too wide.
These are listed to fit a 2x4 but they are too wide. They will work but since they are too wide the 2x4 can slightly twist so you have to compensate for that. I used another brand that I purchased locally and they were just fine.

flimsy
Very disappointed. purchased 5 at Lowes (all they had) but I needed 7 so I ordered the 5 pack . The ones from Lowes were sturdy and the proper measurements for 2x4 use, the Qwork are flimsy, too wide and too long, the Lowes brand has robust side nail holes angled at 45 degrees for proper toe installation. I did end up using 2 of them, fortunately, there isn't going to be much load on what I'm building. I gave them one star because they showed up on time.
