K1 Race Gear 16-CFV-N-2XL Carbon Fiber Racing Rib Vest (Black, XX-Large)

I have a very high speed modified go kart, in the corners my ribs were getting so sore, after I got the rib protector it is light night and day, now I can really take the corners hard lap after lap

Needed a rib protector for hockey and couldn't find one. Couldn't find a football targeted one either. Did find on that was good but they didn't make them in an XL. This comes in an XL and fits perfectly and provides great protection. Glad I kept aggressively google searching rib protectors on Google until I stumbled onto this.

This looks and feels good, can not use it until this spring when the snow and ice melts

My husband bought this for racing go karts and says he wishes he bought it years ago. He goes out on the track, racing or practicing, and doesn't feel like his chest was run over the next day. Seems sturdy and he is pleased with how comfortable it is... even for his size.

Husband wears this under his shirt when he races go karts. It has saved many of sore back and hurt chest with this. Great product definitely worth buying.

It is carbon fiber with fiberglass internal structure I say it is kinda worth it because 70 dollars more can get you a sweet one from bigger brands

Item deffective not usable. One of the buckle does not fasten. Cannot return in 30 days due to business trip. I tried to request an extra buckle through amazon.com website but had no success. Item not wearable for the its proposal.

It's only JUST big enough around the chest for me, yet the shoulder straps can't be shortened enough to bring the protector up to my ribs. It wears like a back brace. I will have to modify to fit.

This will save your ribs from fracturing in case of a bad fall sideways on a boulder, fallen tree, etc. (it happened to me once, so painful, I don't want that to happen ever again). I wear it over a regular motocross body armor jacket and it fits great. I feel very well protected so it gives me confidence which improves my riding.
