Easy to set up, lovely cuckoo and music
The media could not be loaded. This is beautiful, the details are perfect, the cuckoo is not strident and it easy to set up.The only problem was the piece that affixes below the clock Infront of the pendulum which came adrift, but not broken, it's not shown in my video because my husband will have to glue it on, but I don't think that will be a problem.Very happy with it indeed. A Christmas present for my husband.

A custom is payable on top of the actual price.
Clock is well made, and looks good. However the courier company charged £70 for custom which was not mentioned by the seller. I think the courier / custom charges should be transparent and pre informed in the description.

Watch out! Import fees for UK shoppers!!! Amazon keeping quiet about this one!
The media could not be loaded. Love my cuckoo clock from Germany! Love all the features. Love the way it looks and works!NOT loving the extra charges! Had to pay over £60 to parcelforce for customs tax and handling! Only realised this after waiting for delivery for a couple of weeks and then received message from Parcelforce. Amazon SHOULD inform you about this before or as you order! But of course Amazon don’t pay taxes do they? So I’m informing you. Buy this anyway, it’s lovely but you might as well order direct from manufacturer as works out about the same in cost after the additional charges 😊

I am very pleased with my purchase...
My clock was very well packed with no damage. Every hour on the hour the clock will spring into life by playing one of 12 different pieces of music. It certainly brings a smile to your face.However, I had to pay £90 Customs and Excise to ParcelForce due to the fact that the UK is out of the EU...please take note of this.I am still very pleased with my purchase.
