I use this with my sour dough really works well to prevent sticking to the banitan an the price was pretty good

Flour is grainy but works for flouring my banneton so my dough don't stick

I purchased this to try some gluten free recipes. I have worked with rice flour before in some of my recipes but this one was a bit more cakey, like it had been damp before. I wasn't a fan of that. I don't have a problem with gluten, so I won't be using this again.

This flour is great. I baked a cake with it and it was just fine. It's hard to find anywhere local and usually fairly expensive. It was just as described and This is a few grea buy and I will definitely buy it again..
