I've been taking Choline since 1981, and it is difficult to find the dosage in a product that hasn't been "improved" by adding something else to it. I do take a separate piperine tablet which has boosted the effect of the Choline. Choline is a supplement of which the effect after starting it is not as noticable as when you stop using it... I am definitely more alert, find it easier to comprehend what I'm reading, and memory is significantly better. After a few weeks without it - life became more boring! Over the years, I've encountered a few labels whose product didn't brighten my world... This one does.

I’ve been taking choline since my first pregnancy after reading about the benefits for both mama and baby. I notice a mood boost upon taking them too. Will continue to take these even when not pregnant!

I like this product for the fact that it's easy to take and I perceive that it's helping to remove fat from my liver. Maybe it is, maybe I haven't taken it for long enough to know for sure. I've taken it for 3 weeks now and the bottle says to take for 4 - 6 weeks for best results. I haven't had the weight loss results that some people have reported. Again . . . maybe I haven't taken it long enough? I don't think it would hurt to give this product a try. It certainly hasn't caused me any sorrow. I'll update this after I finish my second bottle (please forgive me if I forget) and let you know if there's been any measurable change in my life or body.

Working a night shift and staying alert. It has made a difference

I just started this product I hope it works but it plainly says on the front of the bottle 60 Day Supply, 120 Capsules. Directions - Take 2 Capsules with water 2 times per day !! That means take 4 capsules per day. There are usually 30 days in a month. So-- 4 times 30 is 120 capsules !! Yet it says 60 Day Supply !! Lied or can't count !!!

I take this with several other supplements, so I can't speak directly to whether this product works better than others. But, the price is very good, the capsules are easy to swallow, there is no flavor or after (burpy) flavor, and it was weirdly delivered without any issues in packaging. This bottle is ther third I've purchased, and if price remains the same ($14.95, 100ct) I will continue to buy this from ATI.
