Easy to use and versatile
Easy to use and wonderful product. comes Ina. nice carrying case to take with or keep stored in the closet easily. Even has a little sheet of exercises to do! can't wait to get back into shape in my own home. I love using this so far.

Best thing for stay at home moms who can't go to the gym

Worth it!
I love this product! So easy to use and such an easy set up for a great arm workout. The resistance bands could be a little more resistant, but with several repetitions it gets the job done!

Easy to transport where needed!!!
So, I’m diving back into the workout world after 2 C-sections. I figured this would be an easy way to ease back in. I was right!! Very versatile, I can pack it up and take it to work with me! Absolutely love it. I’m 5’1. If you’re short be ready for some serious resistance right away as Thats the only way to get a good workout with it. Haven’t used the bar yet. Definitely recommend

Perfect small in home workout
I bought this for my wife and daughter and they love it. Its simple easy to use and easy set up. They both really liked the workout sheet that comes with this unit

The band is not strong enough to make you sweat
It’s easy to assemble. I like that it has its own bag. How ever the resistance band could be idk tighter? Stronger? It’s supper long. I’m 5’3 and I has it at the shortest Setting and yet I still felt like it was too long. Literally feels like I’m pulling on nothing.

Not enough resistance
The system is just as the video shows. Only draw back is the resistance of the bands aren't enough to get a decent workout in. Had to rig up some bands from my husband's equipment to add more weight.

SMALL...but packs a hefty punch!
This has been added to a pretty healthy home gym. We don't have room for a whole weight bench so I decided to try this instead. It takes up zero space and is plenty sturdy. I like that I can pack it up and take it with me when we go out of town since covid has most hotel gyms closed. Definitely worth the cost and I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a portable way to strength train.
