I LOVE this product! Eve Lom balm cleanser does an excellent job removing all traces of my foundation and blush. I wear long lasting versions of makeup that don't rub off easily. My old cleanser didn't do a great job on the newer technology of foundation. This balm cleanser gets it off. It only takes a small amount so the jar should last a long time. I like the scent and the way it feels upon application. It's a luxurious experience. I had tried a sample size of this cleanser and fell in love with it so I bought the regular size jar. I refilled the sample size tub from this so I could pack it in my TSA bag without taking up much space. I'm in love with this cleanser and will continue to purchase it.

This is the best cleanser ever! Really it is fabulous. It leaves my skin feeling truly and deeply clean, soft, bright and a in a sense moisturized. I have recommended this product to all my friends - and I've been using it for 8 years. Its amazing and I dont have a single other product that I would write this about.However, this is not my main cleanser - as I dont always have the time to clean my face with it and also massage for 5 minutes to get all the benefits. I use it when I feel my skin really needs some attention - once a week or so. Im always happy afterwards.When I got my first one - the guy that sold it to me gave me the following instructions:-While your skin is dry start massaging it onto your skin (not too much) and just really massage it around-Then press your hands on your face to emit heat (I guess that helps the product work better)-Then wash the moulin cloth it come with - with hot water and put the whole cloth over your face-Then take the rest off with that cloth, gently rubbing it away-Then wash the face - rinse - with the coldest coldest water (closing the pores)It is NOT hard to clean off as per Paula's review. Frankly I could not have agreed any less with that review. I am not an expert on ingredients - so I won't be able to comment. But I do know that when you use the product as per above instructions, washing the it off is easy and it gives excellent results.Hope this helps :)

I love this product and have used it for years now. It’s part of my nightly routine when I’ve been wearing makeup all day. Its scent is very herbal and makes me feel like I’m in a fancy spa. I remove my eye makeup with micellar water, just out of habit, but this product would also remove the toughest mascara, I’m sure. After removing my eye makeup, I swirl about a teaspoon of this product out of the container and massage it all over my face. It feels and smells wonderful. After a minute or two (depending on how rushed I feel) I run very wam water all over the provided muslin cloth, and use it to remove the product all the rest of my makeup. I rinse the cloth a couple of times to get the last bits off, especially around my hairline. The muslin cloth acts like a gentle exfoliator and always rinses clean. The large Eve Lom comes with two cloths. At first, I was worried that the cloths would get stained and gross, but they really do rinse clean. I hang it to dry after each use.All together, it’s a wonderful product and makes me feel special and pampered whenever I use it.

I LOVE IT IN EVERY ASPECT, except it is more expensive than other similar cleansers, such as Bobbi Brown and Shu umuera.First, I have to admit that I am very picky when I choose a cleanser as I have sensitive and combination skin. I like something that does not irritate my skin and at the same time remove my make up (I usually put on BB cream, mineral powder, blush, eyeliner, eye shadow and mascara) COMPLETELY. This cleanser with its cloth do it perfectly. My skin feels nourished and cleaned after using it. It does not dry out my skin and my skin feels supple. It creates NO IRRITATION OR REDNESS on my skin. No allergic reaction the next day. Thank you. I simply clean my cloth after I clean my face with a castile soap bar and it looks clean.SMELL: I like the smell. It is not as strong as I thought.EASE OF APPLICATION: Easy to apply. I like to massage my face with it. You cannot massage your face with other cleansing oil, like shu umuera.If money is not a problem for you, I would strongly recommend it for daily use.Compare to Bobbi Brown, Eve lom cleans better. No make up residue left on face.

This stuff is amazing!! I am 30 and have acne prone skin. For the last year I have been using the obagi nu derm system with retin a to try and get rid of the skin discoloration and acne. The foaming cleanser included in the obagi system was too harsh and drying. This Eve Lom cleanser is perfect. I was hesitant and first because it is like rubbing oil on your face, but it comes off easily and leaves my face feeling clean, and balanced with no residue left on the skin. After using this product for a week I had no new breakouts which was amazing! The peeling from using retin a was greatly reduced and my skin feels so baby soft. The muslin cloth that comes with this cleanser is the perfect amount of exfoliation for the skin, you really don't need anything else. This cleanser removed ALL blackheads from my face in only the first 3 days!! I was totally shocked. I use this once in the morning and once at night. After washing I use my toner and then my regular skin care system. Once a week I take my time at night washing with this. I take a bowl and put hot water in it, put the cleanser on my face and work it in gently. Then I lean over the bowl with a towel over my head and steam for 3 minutes. Then I rub the product in a bit more gently, then wash off normally with muslin cloth. If you have acne you probably have a face wash that is supposed to strip the oil off your face. This Eve Lom cleanser proved to me that my acne prone face needed a more gentle non-stripping wash that balanced my skin instead of drying it out. If you are not sure, sephora carries this and you can go into one by you and ask them for a sample to try. LOVE THIS!

I started using Eve Lom a few years ago and the effect it has on my skin is wonderful. Together with the tissue included in the box it helps to remove make up and dirt and offers a perfect routine before the toner. Highly reccomendable

Me gusta muchísimo como desmaquilla y limpia, retirando todo tipo de maquillaje, emulsiona muy bien después de ponértelo ,con agua. Necesitas poca cantidad y te deja la piel jugosa e hidratada. Me extenderé un poco, la probé y compre hace años en un viaje a Londres y desde entonces la consumo junto a otras de las marcas E.H. y E. alternándolas.He probado algunas de diferentes firmas ,pero me quedo con estas tres. He comprado la de 200 ml. relación cantidad precio muy buena ,ya digo que se necesita poca cantidad.Recomiendo este producto al 100% Ha venido en el plazo de tiempo estipulado, gracias.

Removes all make up and dirt from the skin leaving skin refreshed, beautiful and soft. Can't recommend it enough
